Asian Power.org Communications Day Events Scheduled for July 2007

PISCATAWAY, N.J., July 9, 2007 Power.org, the open collaborative organization that enables, develops and promotes Power Architecture technology, today announced the 2007 Asia-Pacific (A-P) Communications Day events scheduled throughout Asia in July. These highly anticipated events provide engineering managers, system architects, and product developers with practical information on Power Architecture® that can be applied immediately to designs of next generation products. Attendees will gain valuable technology updates and education, and have the opportunity to forge collaborative networking associations in an informative, easy-to-join forum.
Power.org is committed to making Power Architecture technology the preferred open hardware platform for the electronics industry. The Power.org Communication Days will focus on identifying solutions to challenges associated with hardware and software development on Power Architecture. Join fellow Power.org members and guests in these free sessions.
"The Communication Day sessions focus on collaborative innovative Power Architecture-based concepts and projects, as well as design tools and solutions for Power Architecture system-on-chip, systems/board and software developers," said Michael Paczan, Chairman, Power.org Technical Committee. "New members, technical and business-related developments will be highlighted as well."
The Power.org community enables members to build upon each other's contributions in order to drive down development costs and increase available business opportunity for Power Architecture solutions. These Communication Days will provide to Power.org global members and guests, updates and education on current Technical Committee projects, Marketing Committee projects such as the recently completed Power Architecture market research study as well as plan updates and sponsorships available for the 1st-ever, Power Architecture Developer Conference in September. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to interact with Power.org member experts. Refreshments will be provided.
