LAS VEGAS, NV — January 8, 2007 — Rapport, Inc., the leader in next generation massively parallel reconfigurable chips and software, announced the availability of the Kilocore™ Development Platform with a complete software development tools suite, development board and production KC1-256™ chip. The Development Platform, along with audio, video, communications and security applications, can be seen this week in the IBM Partner Pavilion (South Hall LVCC #36634) at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show.
Everything needed to design multi-function and compute-intensive applications at very low energy consumption is included. The tools suite includes the KCC™ compiler, the KCASM™ assembler and the KCSIM™ simulator, integrated in an open-source Eclipse™ development environment. As an introductory special, Rapport is including a laptop preconfigured with the Tools Suite.
