GORDON CAMPBELL, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Gordon Campbell, Executive Director of Techfarm Ventures, founded and operated a number of Silicon Valley technology companies. He established Techfarm, Inc. and Techfarm Ventures as models for partnering startups that create cutting edge technologies with seasoned managerial and financial experience. During his 30-year career, Mr. Campbell has held positions in engineering, sales, marketing and management at Honeywell, Intersil and Motorola. He developed, implemented and managed Intel's marketing efforts prior to founding and incubating the startup of many notable companies including: SEEQ Technology; CHIPS and Technologies, Inc.; and 3Dfx Interactive.

Mr. Campbell has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine and is an acknowledged high technology pioneer. Most notably, he has pioneered many technological innovations, including the world's first Ethernet chips and electronically erasable microcomputers, the first PC on a chip, the first IBM-compatible graphics controller for personal computers, and the chipset upon which personal computers are based. Additionally, Mr. Campbell is known as the father of the fabless semiconductor industry, a model that represents 10% of the semiconductor industry, is currently used by thousands of companies and is worth $15 billion in revenue per year.

Mr. Campbell currently serves as chairman of the board for several portfolio companies, including Rapport, NuCORE and Quantum3D. He is on the board of directors for Palm, Inc. and Bell Microproducts, Inc.

STEPHEN JOHNSON, MANAGING PARTNER, THE SLINGSHOT GROUP
Mr. Johnson was founder of Komag Incorporated, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1983 to 1999. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Boschert, Incorporated from 1981 to 1983. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Princeton University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Johnson is currently a director of Glimmerglass Networks Incorporated, Intransa Incorporated, Rapport Inc., SideStep Inc and San Jose Systems. He has served on the boards of 3Com Corporation, Exabyte Corporation., Uniphase Corporation, Rasna Incorporated, Komag Incorporated, and Asahi Komag Company, Ltd. Mr. Johnson also serves on the advisory boards for Princeton’s Electrical Engineering Department and the Santa Clara Business School.

DONALD LANDGRAF, CHAIR AND CEO, INSURANCE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
Mr. Landgraf joined INSTEC's four-person team in 1982 and built it into a 100-employee operation before being named CEO in 1988. Prior to INSTEC, Mr. Landgraf was President of ListProcessing Company (LPC), now a subsidiary of Pitney-Bowes. In two years, Mr. Landgraf grew the direct mail and processing services firm from a one product and $500,000 revenue to $4 million revenue from multiple products. Prior to LPC, Mr. Landgraf coordinated both sales and technical development at Pansophic and was instrumental in the development of the product PANVALET, a direct access Library Program Management System. Mr. Landgraf has served on numerous boards of directors, including On-Line Software International, Think Technologies (acquired by Symantec), Mindware, EOLAS Technologies and ProofSpace.

PETER ABRAMENKO, MANAGING DIRECTOR, SIGMA FIXED INCOME FUND
Peter Abramenko joined Sigma Capital Management in 2004. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Abramenko was a Managing Director at UBS Principal Finance and Credit Arbitrage and global head of credit trading. From 1994 to 2000, he was the Managing Director for trading, research, capital markets, and syndicate for investment grade corporates at PaineWebber. Prior to PaineWebber, he spent 7 years at Kidder Peabody where he held several management positions in credit trading and capital markets. He began his career as a corporate bond trader at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Abramenko serves on the Investment Advisory Council for Haverford College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics in 1983. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Northwestern University.
